Cincinnati Public School Girls to Women Leadership Collaborative is designed to provide equitable access for female students to leadership development opportunities that will transform school cultures for the better.

Girls to Women aims for young girls to become strong, respected and compassionate leaders and agents of change now and as adults, focusing on developing solutions for issues facing them. 

The collaborative's pillars: Leadership, Peer Leadership Campaigns, Book Club, Entrepreneurship, Servant Leadership, Mentor Network, and Pathways to Career.
